Lara is a speaker, business mentor, community strategist and the founder of Found & Flourish, a platform and movement for those braving the world of entrepreneurship and who are striving to do better in a way that feels good.

She is on a mission to simplify the world of business and make community building accessible to everyone, whilst teaching the skills necessary to build sustainable and profitable businesses.

Lara regularly speaks on panels, podcasts and in the media; challenging the status quo, championing women and talking about the power of community. She also offers training and consulting services to business owners, start-ups and brands, on the power of community building, purposeful entrepreneurship and values driven work.

Lara is a speaker, business mentor, community strategist and the founder of Found & Flourish, a platform and movement for those braving the world of entrepreneurship and who are striving to do better in a way that feels good.

She is on a mission to simplify the world of business and make community building accessible to everyone, whilst teaching the skills necessary to build sustainable and profitable businesses.

Lara set up Found & Flourish in 2018 when her son was just 3 months old. She went on a search for a community to support her as she navigated the new and lonely world of motherhood whilst running her consultancy. Struggling to find a community that resonated, Lara decided to start Found & Flourish offering support, resources and connection that she craved.

Through consultancy, workshops & events, Lara is now training and consulting business owners, start-ups and brands, on the power of community building, purposeful entrepreneurship and values driven work, resulting in deeper connections, greater impact and a better understanding of their clients, audiences and employees.

Lara regularly speaks on panels, podcasts and in the media; challenging the status quo, championing women and talking about how we can harness the power of community to close the opportunity gap for future leaders and entrepreneurs.
