My Story

Hey👋 I’m Lara

I run a community for business owners called Found & Flourish and have been featured in the likes of Forbes and Marie Clarie for my work in this area. We’re on a mission to eliminate the feeling of loneliness for business owners. We do this through our supportive online community platform and IRL events. These include our worldwide signature Hugs & Brunch (non-networking) events and Bossing it! Goal planning sessions.

I set up Found & Flourish in 2018 when my son was just 3 months old. I went on a search for a community to support me as I navigated the new and lonely world of motherhood whilst running my consultancy. Struggling to find a community that resonated, I decided to start Found & Flourish offering support, resources and connection that I craved at the time. We’ve run hundreds of events, hosted thousands of people and over multiple countries.  

I now work with founders and businesses who want to build their own engaged communities in order to amplify their purpose led work. I’m incredibly passionate about community (can you tell?) and speak on the topics of entrepreneurship, community and motherhood.

My number one goal is to simplify the world of business and community building for those who tend to overcomplicate things, creating solution based and actionable strategies so that my clients can focus on their impact driven work.
